Refund policy

All TABA squishy sales are final once an order has been shipped.

Due to the nature of squishy products, including hygiene, handling, and product preservation considerations, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been packed or shipped.

Live-exclusive orders, deposits, tips, and custom checkout payments are final sale and non-refundable. Please review and confirm your order details and total before completing payment.

We carefully inspect and package each order and may photograph packages before shipment for documentation. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps, including a carrier claim when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DXI STUDIO is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier or post office. You may also contact us if additional shipping information is needed.
