All TABA squishy sales are final once shipped.

Due to the nature of squishy products, including hygiene, handling, and product preservation considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been dispatched.

Please confirm your order carefully before purchasing. For live stream orders, please make sure the selected item and payment amount match the details confirmed during the live stream.

If your package arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos for review.
