What is included with my order?
Unless otherwise stated, each squishy listing includes the squishy toy itself and a minimalist standard display plate. Decorative plates, props, bags, or accessories shown in photos are for display reference only and may be sold separately or offered as add-ons. Please review the product description and photos carefully before purchasing.
When will I get my order?
Processing and delivery time depends on the item. Ready-to-ship items are usually packed and shipped as soon as possible. If an item is sold out, marked as pre-order, or reserved through a live exclusive order, please allow approximately 30–35 days for the item to be made, prepared, and delivered. Delivery times may also vary due to USPS, shipping carriers, holidays, weather, or other carrier-related delays.
What is your return and final sale policy?
Due to the handmade and collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect. Live exclusive orders, deposits, tips, custom checkout payments, pre-order items, and handmade squishies are final sale and non-refundable once submitted. Please review all photos, descriptions, order amounts, and shipping information carefully before checkout.
How much does shipping cost, and what if my package is damaged?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping address, and available carrier options. We carefully package every order and may take photos after packing as proof of proper packaging. Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, transit handling is outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please note that squishies are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Are your products handmade or one of a kind?
Yes. Many of our squishies are handmade or hand-finished in small batches with care. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, shape, size, or finish are normal and part of their charm. Each piece may look a little different, which makes every squishy unique.
